Our Clients Save Money - Here's How
Speak with One of our Highly Qualified Tax Consultants

In the initial free consultation one of our highly experienced tax consultants will conduct an in-depth interview to determine precisely what needs to be done and what kind of results can be expected. At United Tax Group our tax consultants undergo an extensive battery of training in IRS tax collection strategies. This program consists of tax settlement programs, requirements for a taxpayer to become tax compliant, currently non-collectible benchmark tests, tax return preparation, tax audit strategies, and payment plan options for both small and large tax debts, to mention just a few of the topics. This state of the art program ensures that every tax representative at United Tax Group is well versed in every type of tax problem and the strategies proposed by our representatives are both realistic and obtainable. Unlike many other tax relief companies, United Tax Group prides itself in the accuracy of our initial consultation and the ensuing resolution.

Engage United Tax Group

The second step of our process involves hiring United Tax Group to carry out the array of services offered in the initial consultation. This step involves the execution of several important documents required for representation. For representation, each taxpayer must sign and IRS Power of Attorney form giving us the legal right to represent you before the IRS, a Tax Information Authorization form giving us access to all of your records at the IRS, a Service Agreement detailing specifically the services we are to provide and a Payment Method document spelling out all of the terms and conditions requisite to representation.

Transcript Analysis and Investigation

Our third step is to obtain all of your transcripts on file with the IRS. These transcripts detail the amount of tax owed, tax returns outstanding, collection statute expiration date(s), a consolidated statement of assessed penalties and interest and other important details. We report back to you exactly what the next step will be based on your records on file at the IRS. This initial step ensures the accuracy of our tax resolution program.

IRS Compliance

The fourth step is to ensure that you are now tax compliant. Our team of Tax Attorneys, CPA’s and Enrolled Agents complete all of the necessary steps to ensure that you comply with IRS guidelines and requirements. This step will involve the completion of any and all outstanding tax returns, amendment of any incorrectly prepared tax returns, and any other reports or financial statements in order to move your case forward, toward the negotiated tax settlement that was forecast in our initial consultation.

Negotiate the Most Favorable Settlement Possible

The fifth step is securing the most advantageous tax settlement for you.
Our team of licensed Tax Attorneys, CPA’s and Enrolled Agents work closely with the Internal Revenue Service and procure the best possible tax settlement. We provide effective follow-up and additional information as needed to ensure the best result.

Finalize the Negotiated Tax Settlement

Once everything is in place we review the results to ensure the final program is indeed what was agreed upon by United Tax Group and the Internal Revenue Service. In this capacity we also advise as to how to avoid any future problems with the Internal Revenue Service.
